1. Service Overview & Platform Role

Witsent provides software tools for WhatsApp campaign orchestration, automated account warming, message spintax generation, and real-time delivery telemetry.

Witsent is an independent third-party technology provider. We are not endorsed, certified, or directly affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and Meta are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Spam Standards

Witsent is built for legitimate businesses, growth marketers, and customer communication teams. You agree NOT to use Witsent for:

• Sending unsolicited messages without prior consent or legitimate commercial relationship.
• Disseminating phishing links, malware, deceptive schemes, or fraudulent financial scams.
• Harassment, hate speech, explicit illegal materials, or non-consensual tracking.
• Distributing purchased, scraped, or unverified contact databases without opt-in proof.
• Circumventing platform safety controls to conduct intentional mass nuisance broadcasting.

3. WhatsApp Account Safety & Ban Disclaimers

Witsent engineers our systems with industry-leading anti-ban safeguards—including peer-to-peer synthetic warming, proxy isolation, and dynamic spintax entropy.

However, WhatsApp’s automated anti-abuse systems are managed solely by Meta Platforms, Inc. Deliverability and account standing depend heavily on your list quality, user opt-in hygiene, recipient report rates, and message content. Witsent does not and cannot guarantee that your WhatsApp accounts will never experience temporary or permanent suspensions if recipient complaint rates exceed Meta thresholds.

4. Account Responsibilities & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, QR code session authorizations, and API keys. Any actions taken through your authorized credentials will be deemed executed by you.

5. Subscriptions, Upgrades, & Billing

Users can register and access free starter quotas directly on app.witsent.online.

Custom high-volume tiers, dedicated warming pools, and multi-number hubs are provisioned by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your upgrade subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

All software algorithms, user interface components, logos, documentation, and design assets on witsent.online are the exclusive property of Witsent Inc. You retain full ownership of all data, contact lists, and message copy uploaded by you to our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Witsent Inc., its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost sales, lost customer goodwill, or third-party platform account restrictions—arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changing regulations, platform updates, or legal standards. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated timestamp. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
